Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online. Offline orders can use credit card as well as Bank Drafts and Electronic Fund Transfers.

Duties, Import Fees, and Taxes

International customers should note that all duties, import fees, and taxes are to be paid by the buyer.

Shipping

Prices are CPT Destination (Carriage Paid To, Incoterms 2000), with shipping charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Most purchase orders are processed the same day they are received and are shipped by either United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) for Next Day or 2nd Day delivery. For most orders outside of the U.S., we recommend Federal Express International for fast and economical delivery.

Returns

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us immediately for return shipping instructions and to receive an authorization for return. All returns must be made within thirty days of receiving your order. We do reserve the right to charge a fee on returned goods.
